Description
The Perfect Hideaway. The Rambler Inn is situated in the centre of Edale only a couple of minutes walk to the official start of The Pennine Way. Edale is the name given to both the valley between Mam Tor, Lose Hill and Kinder, and to its main settlement. As well as the main village there are several small farming hamlets strung out along the valley – Barber Booth, Ollerbrook Booth and Nether Booth. (The hotel bedrooms are named after the Booths and walks around Edale).
The new management promises you a warm welcome to you and your muddy boots. Inside you will find a well stocked bar with hand pulled cask ales and ciders as well as a good choice of house wines, spirits and a large selection of whiskeys. Families are very welcome and we even have lots of board games to keep you entertained.
When you arrive at The Rambler Inn you immediately become aware of several tangible things, the warm welcome from friendly staff, the inviting decor of a comfortable hotel and the informality of a country inn with accommodation to rival any fine hotel.
